How do I place an order?
To purchase baking goods from Hieankd™, visit our online store and look through the available products. Choose the items you want, add them to your cart, and then complete your order through the checkout page.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is successfully completed, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. The message includes your transaction details and a summary of the items included in your purchase.
How can I track my package?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Use the tracking number in that email to follow your package until it arrives at your delivery address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order preparation usually begins shortly after payment is completed. If you need to change order details or cancel your purchase, contact customer support as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations may no longer be available once processing has started.
What payment methods are accepted?
Hieankd™ uses Shopify’s secure payment system. Customers may pay with major credit cards, along with any other payment options shown on the checkout page.
