When is my order confirmed?

An order confirmation is sent after checkout. Final acceptance remains subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, and order approval.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact Customer Care promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing or shipment begins.

How is checkout handled?

Checkout uses Shopify and participating payment providers. Available methods may vary by location, currency, device, and enabled services.

Shipping

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard contiguous-U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to display its first carrier scan.

Returns & Warranty

Authorized returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Eligible products include a 2-year limited warranty for covered defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, consumables, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorized modification are excluded.
