Authorization & Fraud Prevention

Orders may undergo payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention review. A financial provider may request verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold. Hieankd™ does not control issuer approval decisions or hold-release timing.

Transaction Data

Card information is transmitted to participating payment providers and processed using their security controls. Hieankd™ does not retain full payment-card numbers in its own store systems. Customers should use trusted devices and networks and protect account credentials.

Pricing & Charges

Product prices, discounts, shipping, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted. Currency conversion, foreign-transaction, installment, and other issuer fees are determined by the customer's provider.

Payment Concerns

If payment is declined, check billing details, available funds, issuer restrictions, and verification requests. For duplicate pending authorizations, contact the issuing bank because one entry may be a temporary hold.
