Commercial terms governing Hieankd™ purchases through hieankd.com.

1. Agreement

Submitting an order means accepting these terms together with the applicable Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and warranty terms.

2. Product Information

We aim to present descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability accurately. Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, improvements, technique, environment, maintenance, and use may affect actual appearance or results. Hieankd™ baking supplies are consumer products, not medical devices, and store information is not medical advice.

3. Orders

Confirmation acknowledges receipt but not final acceptance. Payment, identity, address, inventory, quantity, and suspected fraud may be reviewed. Orders may lawfully be refused, limited, or canceled for payment failure, availability, pricing or content errors, fraud concerns, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or other lawful reasons. Charged canceled orders receive an appropriate refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices use the displayed currency. Discounts, shipping, taxes, and totals appear before submission. Payment providers control authorization holds, foreign-exchange fees, and posting times.

5. Promotions

Offers may have eligibility, product, quantity, timing, territory, and redemption restrictions and may be changed as permitted by law.

6. Shipping & Returns

Published shipping, return, refund, and cancellation policies apply.

7. Warranty

Eligible products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered material and workmanship defects. Consumables, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modification, and contrary use are excluded.

8. Proper Use

Customers are responsible for product setup where applicable, compatibility, cleaning, component care or replacement, supervision, and use according to instructions. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or operates abnormally.

9. Liability

To the fullest lawful extent, Hieankd™ excludes indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability generally does not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product unless law requires otherwise.

10. Severability

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining terms, and non-enforcement is not a waiver.

11. Changes

Terms may be updated prospectively. The version effective when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction.
