Return & Refund Policy – Hieankd™ 🧁🔁

At Hieankd™, we want customers to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing our baking goods. This policy explains how qualifying return requests are reviewed and how refunds are processed once an eligible return has been approved.

30-Day Return Window

If the item delivered to you does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must be unused and kept in their original condition. When possible, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. Every return request must also include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Certain products may not be returnable because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

After your return request is reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Hieankd™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once the returned package is received, we will inspect the item and let you know the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is connected to a mistake made by Hieankd™.
