At Hieankd™, we want the delivery process for our baking goods to feel clear, reliable, and easy to follow. This page explains what happens after checkout, including order preparation, shipping, estimated delivery timing, and tracking updates.

Order Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 working days. During holidays, promotional periods, seasonal rushes, or other busy times with higher-than-usual order volume, processing may take additional time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your package has been shipped, delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days. Arrival times can vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, carrier delays, heavy parcel volume, or other unexpected circumstances.

Tracking Your Package

When your order leaves for shipment, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details. The tracking number in that message can be used to follow your package while it is in transit.

Shipping Address Information

Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Hieankd™ is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you need to change your shipping address after submitting an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will try to help before the package ships, but address updates may no longer be available once order processing has started.
