1. Destinations

Hieankd™ ships to eligible addresses shown at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying contiguous-U.S. orders unless otherwise shown. Supported Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territory, remote, and international options and costs appear at checkout.

2. Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Verification, address review, peak demand, preorders, availability, or unusually large orders can add time.

3. Delivery

Contiguous-U.S. standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

4. Tracking

Tracking is emailed when available and may require up to 48 hours after label creation to show the first carrier scan. Multi-item orders may ship separately.

5. Addresses & Delays

Customers are responsible for complete, accurate addresses. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing. Weather, carrier issues, customs, security events, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may cause delays.

6. Package Issues

Contact us promptly about unusual delays, damage, or delivered-but-missing packages. Supporting information or a carrier investigation may be required.

7. International Charges

Where international delivery is offered, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states they are prepaid.
