1. Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Authorization is required before shipment.
2. Eligibility
Preference-based returns may only be handled as reasonably necessary for evaluation. Items must be clean, complete, undamaged, and returned with included components, accessories, instructions, original packaging, and proof of purchase from hieankd.com. Misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, missing parts, contamination, or use contrary to instructions may affect eligibility where permitted by law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, digital goods, personalized or custom products, opened hygiene-sensitive consumables where applicable, final-sale items, and products not purchased directly from hieankd.com are excluded unless law requires otherwise.
4. Order Problems
For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days when reasonably possible and provide the order number and clear supporting photographs.
5. Shipping & Refunds
Customers pay preference-return shipping. Hieankdโข covers reasonable authorized shipping for confirmed defects, damage, or shipping errors. No separate restocking fee applies. Authorized returns are targeted for inspection within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; banks may require another 3โ10 business days.
6. Exchanges & Cancellations
Exchanges depend on stock. Order changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.
