Submit a Privacy Request
Email service@hieankd.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide the email address associated with your store interaction. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Identity Verification
We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity and authority. Authorized agents may need to provide proof of authorization.
Advertising & Cookie Controls
Cookie banners, store preference tools, browser controls, and device settings may allow management of analytics or advertising technologies. Where legally required and technically supported, recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control are processed.
Email Marketing
Promotional messages may be stopped through their unsubscribe link. Transactional communications concerning orders, accounts, security, recalls, warranty, or support may continue.

Hieankdโข will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. Where local law provides appeal rights, request review by replying to the decision email or using the subject Privacy Appeal.
